no pain, no gain
so back in january, i weighed around 160lbs (give or take 1-2lbs), and my goal was to gain more weight to about 165 AT THE MOST….
so i picked up running because of the running challenge we set in place at work, and it has disciplined me to actually get more active instead of sitting on my butt the whole day and just vegging out on my free time.
i started going back to the gym thanks to scott and our other workout buddies back in october, and i feel really good about myself finding something that can totally destress me. going back to 24 helped motivates me to improve myself and start living a healthier life.
okay, i forgot to mention what i weigh now… im currently at 175lbs (+/- 2). in about 10 short months i’ve gained nearly 15lbs. let me say though its not all muscle, and thats what led me to go back to the gym. get rid of the fat, pack on the muscle, and be in the best shape in my life is the goal. i will follow up with my progress periodically.
